Ordering products

The customer can order products via our website.

The products can be sent either to one of our departments or to an exhibition, according to the customer’s choice.

Terms of payment

The products must not be paid for when ordering. A combined invoice for all orders will be sent to the head office once a month.

Delivery

Products will be delivered to the department or exhibition chosen by the customer when ordering.

Delivery time may vary depending on availability and delivery address.

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information when ordering.

We do not accept responsibility for delays or errors due to incorrect information from the customer.

Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be carried out.

Privacy

We process the customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data will only be used to process orders and improve our services.
