Purchase terms & conditions

Here you will find the conditions that apply to trading with messemedia.no.

Order
You can choose products and submit your order via www.messemedia.no. Then go to payment to complete the purchase. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) or your local currency (ex. 25% VAT).

Via Woocommerce Payment (Stripe), you can easily choose to pay immediately with credit card.

When you place an order, you purchase the selected products in accordance with these conditions. When messemedia.no accepts your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided in the order form.

Although messemedia.no always endeavors to deliver all products stated in the order confirmation, situations may arise where messemedia.no cannot deliver the products. In such cases, messemedia.no will contact you and suggest another similar product. If you do not want this, messemedia.no will cancel the order for the products that cannot be delivered, and deduct the sum for these products. Beyond this, you cannot make claims against messemedia.no

Prices
The prices of the products can be found on our websites, and can be seen on the order confirmation. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) or your local currency, ex VAT.

Payment
Messemedia.no wants to give you a safe shopping experience. All purchases made will be safely processed with/via the payment service Woocommerce Payment (Stripe)

Delivery
Products will be delivered and assembled on your stand at the congress.

Shipping prices
Shipping prices are included in the price.

Cancellation period & right of cancellation
You do not have the right of cancellation on printed products as this cannot be resold for Messemedia. Once we have received the order for printed products, the purchase is binding.

Refund
If the customer cancels the purchase due to delayed delivery or a complaint, repayment will be made within 14 days. The deadline for repayment also applies when using the right of withdrawal. Messemedia is not responsible for the outcome of the print if the quality of the print file is poor. In these cases you cannot claim a refund.

Errors in delivery and defective goods
Check the delivery as soon as you arrives at the congress. If, contrary to suspicion, you should receive an incorrect or defective product, you must notify us as soon as possible by e-mail at: post@messemedia.no Note what the error or defect consists of. Make sure the order number appears clearly in the email.

Reservation
Messemedia is not responsible for the outcome of the print if the quality of the print file is poor.

Your rights
As a customer of www.messemedia.no, you always have rights according to the Consumer Council.
